Job Description:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates in a professional and conversational manner
- Utilize multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
- Communicate effectively with customers, stores, and associates to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Successful completion of mandatory training
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6 months of experience with computer processing/data entry software
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
