Job Description

As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our systems. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure data integrity, support daily operations, and provide administrative assistance as needed. Key Responsibilities:

* Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in various systems and databases

  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Assist with generating reports and preparing presentations
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve any data issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and virtual assistance

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or Virtual Assistant (minimum 2 years)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
