Skills

- 6 months remote OR 1 year on-site customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Windows 11 operating system only
- Minimum 16 GB RAM computer preferred
