RESEARCH DATA SPECIALIST I

California Health & Human Services Agency is seeking a Research Data Specialist I to support the Data Exchange Framework's impact measurement and reporting efforts. The role involves performing complex research and data analysis, applying advanced methodologies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data quality and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the measurement of success and opportunity for the DxF
  • Independently performs the most complex and sensitive research and data analysis activities to support the DxF’s impact measurement, evaluation, and reporting efforts
  • Apply advanced research methodology, statistical techniques, and data management practices to assess program performance
  • Support executive leadership through developing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and independence
  • Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of data deliverables
