What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to creators and their fans on the OnlyFans platform and social media accounts. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering website visitor questions and providing sales links
  • Offering discounts and promotions to fans
  • Providing support and guidance to creators on the OnlyFans platform
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve any issues or concerns

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support to creators and their fans on the OnlyFans platform and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer website visitor questions and provide sales links
  • Offer discounts and promotions to fans
  • Provide support and guidance to creators on the OnlyFans platform
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve any issues or concerns

Essential Qualifications:

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Have 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or support

  • Familiarity with the OnlyFans platform and social media accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
