Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about arenaflex product offerings to assist customers effectively and make suitable recommendations.
  • Order Management: Manage order-related tasks, including tracking shipments, processing returns, and facilitating exchanges.
  • Additional Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner + Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues + Stay up-to-date with arenaflex product offerings and promotions + Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
