Pernini Legal LLC is a nationally respected immigration practice known for its excellence. They are seeking a Hybrid Business Immigration Associate Attorney to handle employment-based immigration matters and work closely with experienced partners on sophisticated employment-based matters.
Responsibilities
- Handle employment-based immigration matters from intake through filing and approval
- Draft and manage PERM labor certifications, immigrant visa petitions, and nonimmigrant petitions including H1B, L1, and E visas
- Conduct legal research and prepare filings for government agencies
- Communicate directly with corporate clients and individual stakeholders
- Track deadlines and ensure accurate, timely submissions
- Review and oversee work prepared by legal assistants
- Maintain organized digital and physical case files
Skills
- Juris Doctor required
- Approximately 1 year of business or employment-based immigration experience
- Strong legal writing, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- PA bar license preferred but not required for federal immigration practice
