They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service by answering inquiries, recommending policies, and ensuring smooth client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Connect & Assist: Answer inbound calls promptly, research inquiries, and deliver accurate responses to coverage, billing, and policy-related questions
  • Problem-Solve & Recommend: Rewrite or create new policies tailored to the unique insurance needs of each client by recommending the best coverage options and products
  • Grow Professionally: Keep yourself sharp and up-to-date! Career path internally to other opportunities within
  • Learn & Excel: Take initiative to master additional processes and client-specific procedures to confidently handle secondary areas and provide comprehensive answers to inquiries
  • Support & Collaborate: Gain knowledge of department policies and processes to ensure seamless teamwork and client care

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
