Financial Services Representative - Sunnyvale, CA
Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team, focusing on customer support and career development. The role involves answering customer inquiries, obtaining necessary licenses, and transitioning to working in an Investor Center after training.
Responsibilities
- Support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
- Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone skills
- Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning
