[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CiraSync is a SaaS company focused on enhancing Microsoft 365 productivity for business users. They are seeking dynamic Sales Development Representatives to manage inbound inquiries and conduct outbound prospecting, guiding prospects through the sales cycle from qualification to close.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert with lead generation tools to build targeted prospect lists
  • Proactively prospect freemium accounts with relevant, human touches
  • Qualify prospects using targeted, relevant questions; nurture them and understand needs prior to an initial sales meeting
  • Schedule discovery calls for our Customer Success Team and consistently meet/exceed monthly quotas for attended discovery calls
  • Execute multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, social) using a sales development platform
  • Counter top‑of‑funnel objections gracefully—demonstrating excellent interpersonal and technical skills
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to build and execute account communication plans
  • Coordinate demos with Sales Engineering and log all activities in Salesforce
  • Conduct thorough research and mine our existing database to build monthly call lists
  • Close sales by educating prospects on our product value and guiding them through the buying process

Skills

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role with a strong track record (internships, projects, or early‑career wins count)
  • 0–1 years of telemarketing experience, preferably in IT Enterprise Software
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed team
  • Strong, professional communication skills in English—written and verbal—with great listening skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and the discipline to manage them
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations (virtual and phone)
  • Drive, grit, team‑orientation—a strong desire to compete and win
  • High integrity and perseverance—you follow through
