The role involves managing communications, organizing documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination of sales orders and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers in the action sports industry
- Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documentation and reports
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients
- Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for key account meetings
- Handle inquiries and requests from key accounts in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate sales events such as seasonal sales meetings, retailer events, and ad hoc sales team travel
- Ensure timely follow up on tasks and due dates
Skills
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordinator role
- Familiarity with the action sports industry, particularly in apparel, motocross, and mountain bike gear
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
