The role involves managing communications, organizing documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination of sales orders and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers in the action sports industry
  • Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documentation and reports
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients
  • Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for key account meetings
  • Handle inquiries and requests from key accounts in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate sales events such as seasonal sales meetings, retailer events, and ad hoc sales team travel
  • Ensure timely follow up on tasks and due dates

Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in a sales support or coordinator role
  • Familiarity with the action sports industry, particularly in apparel, motocross, and mountain bike gear
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
