Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the face of our company, representing our values and commitment to excellence. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate customer information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Equipment Requirements
* A working Windows, iOS, or MAC computer with a headset (cannot be a tablet or Chromebook)
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 50 Mbps and download speed of 10 Mbps
- A quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
