Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
• Processing product orders and responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests
• Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with order-related issues and concerns
• Analyzing and processing customer return authorization and credits
• Maintaining effective communication with customers to ensure accurate billings and shipments
• Providing technical and product information to respond to customer inquiries
• Participating in social media customer service, warranty claims, and special projects (for select representatives)

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
• Possess strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have reliable internet and a quiet workspace with minimal distractions
