Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As an Experienced Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:

- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing your professionalism and enthusiasm
- Fostering a proactive and helpful approach to customer interactions, quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with a ability to navigate technical systems and tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and clear communication
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Sales or customer service experience in the home services industry
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment
- Experience working with CRM software and other technical tools
