Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the front-end operations, including scheduling, customer flow, and staff management
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
  • Supervising Service Desk and financial services procedures, including tills, refunds, and phone management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

  • Minimum one year experience operating a cash register in a retail establishment, preferably in a grocery store
  • Ability to accurately count money and manage cash handling responsibilities
  • Adaptable to different situations and able to respond with flexibility to shifting priorities and rapid change
  • Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and maintain a high level of productivity

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
