Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality client service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to employee benefits and payroll. You will work in a call center environment, responding to customer inquiries via phone, and will be expected to maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment
  • Research and resolve customer issues related to employee benefits and payroll
  • Process documents and maintain accurate records
  • Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics and quality assurance scores
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

* Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

  • Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
  • Call center experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment

About the Job

* Pay: $15.50/hr

  • Hours: Part-time to up to 40 hrs./week during peak times, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, Eastern Time
  • Remote work: Yes, with all equipment provided by arenaflex
