Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Commercial Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries, working closely with customers to resolve problems and provide exceptional service. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge in the healthcare insurance industry, while contributing to arenaflex's mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer concerns

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for arenaflex members
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Navigate through multiple systems to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in the healthcare insurance industry

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
  • ALL candidates must score a minimum of 80% on the eSkills test

Preferred Qualifications

* Call center experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Healthcare industry experience, with knowledge of medical terminology and concepts
  • Medical background, with a degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration)
