Saving Sight is dedicated to providing high-quality autologous serum tears for patients nationwide. They are seeking an Eye Care Customer Service Representative to assist patients with inquiries, manage orders, and ensure a seamless patient experience through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities

  • Be the calm, helpful voice patients hear first-providing understanding, clarity, and support on every call
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with empathy, answering questions and guiding patients through next steps with confidence
  • Assist patients with new and refill orders, billing questions, and payment information, ensuring they feel supported and informed
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team, working cross‑functionally to solve issues quickly and deliver a seamless patient experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards to keep patients safe and systems running smoothly

Skills

  • Strong experience in customer service and phone‑based support
  • Clear and caring communication skills, especially when guiding patients
  • The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • A genuine interest in healthcare or the biological sciences, and a passion for improving patients' quality of life
