Key Responsibilities

As an Online Automotive Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their queries
  • Providing precise information regarding products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, finance, and general dealership questions
  • Scheduling appointments effectively based on customer needs, utilizing your excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Continuously developing and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base of our evolving offerings, staying ahead of the curve in the automotive industry

Required Skills

Qualifications

While prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, it's not mandatory. However, we're looking for individuals with:

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
