About Netflix Client Care Innovation Netflix Client Care (CS) is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our members. Our Client Care Innovation team is responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge tools and technologies that empower our client care agents to deliver world-class service. We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our efforts in improving the client and agent experience through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership: Provide product management expertise to our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategies, capture requirements, prioritize features, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CS functional teams, design, engineering, operations, and data science teams, as well as third-party solution providers to deliver integrated solutions. Solution Development: Oversee the integration and adoption of products, including close collaboration with engineering and data science teams, third-party solution providers, and consulting firms. Global Mindset: Understand and address differences in service expectations across various regions and develop experiences that cater to these needs. Product Expansion: Extend product management responsibilities to other tools as business needs evolve. Cultural Ambassador: Embody the unique Netflix culture and values.
What We're Looking For
Product Management Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management for consumer-facing or internal products. Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to make informed decisions using data and judgment. Client-Centric Approach: Deep focus on delivering exceptional client and agent experiences. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in executing projects that have quantitatively improved client and agent experiences. Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead and influence without direct reports. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and create collaborative relationships. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, as well as experience working with technology solutions. Global Product Experience: Experience managing global products is a plus.
