Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to all users of the platform before, during, and after their event
  • Running regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors to educate and engage our community
  • Collaborating with the event team to create engaging content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers
  • Offering online and/or onsite support for events throughout their duration, ensuring seamless experiences for our users
  • Serving as the voice of our users to improve our product, driving innovation and growth

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high level of English and any other language will be appreciated
  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or project management
  • Experience and/or interest in tech and events
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
  • A service-oriented mindset, with empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A startup mindset, ready to learn, adapt, and initiate quickly
  • Passion, proactivity, and involvement in your work
