Accelerated Path to Management
New York Life Insurance Company is seeking candidates for their Accelerated Path to Management Program, aimed at developing future financial professionals into management roles. Participants will gain experience as financial professionals and receive training in sales, marketing, and business development, ultimately transitioning to management positions.
Responsibilities
- Learn how to sell products and build client relationships as a financial professional
- Meet specific requirements to transition into a management role
- Undergo a six-month intensive training program for management
- Recruit and coach others to success
- Lead and build a team of financial professionals
Skills
- Candidates must reside in the Fort Lauderdale - Miami area
- Do you have sales or managerial experience in another industry?
- Have you previously run your own business?
- Do you have an MBA or other equivalent degree?
- You will be required to hold securities licenses and FINRA registrations and affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative before you can offer investment products
- Specific production and licensing requirements must be met, and approvals obtained before transitioning to field management
