Leavitt Group is a company focused on providing protection to clients in the healthcare sector. They are seeking a motivated graduate for a three-year Sales & Leadership Apprenticeship Program, where the Apprentice will support the President and gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, business development, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct executive support to the President, including scheduling, travel, and communications
  • Support sales prospecting, meetings, and pipeline tracking (Salesforce)
  • Shadow senior leadership in client and strategic meetings
  • Assist with cross-agency sales opportunities across the Leavitt Group
  • Support recruiting efforts with the FSU Professional Sales Institute
  • Help plan leadership retreats, strategy sessions, and training events
  • Collaborate with marketing on branding, content, and growth initiatives

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (FSU Professional Sales Institute strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
  • Interest in sales, leadership, and business development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
