Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, resolving customer inquiries, and documenting customer interactions
  • Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests
  • Utilizing company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service and performance targets
