Job Summary:
In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll work closely with various departments to resolve discrepancies, identify errors, and implement corrective actions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency - Resolve discrepancies and errors in shared mailboxes and work queues, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions - Reconcile eligibility records among systems, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing errors - Monitor and track records, identifying trends and areas for improvement - Develop and maintain effective relationships with various departments, providing exceptional customer service and support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective data management practices
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in the healthcare industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project - High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare industry experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare data management and regulations - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with excellent self-motivation and time management skills
