Daily Activities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your daily activities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and provide exceptional service
• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete tasks efficiently
• Completing necessary paperwork and ensuring quality control

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Time Management Skills: Proven ability to manage your time efficiently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Age: 18 years or older
• Background Check: Must pass a background check to ensure your suitability for the role
• High School Diploma: A high school diploma is required, with higher education preferred but not necessary
• Customer Service and/or Retail Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
