Experienced Customer Service Representative – Virtual Call Center

Life as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with poise and professionalism
• Personalizing the experience for each customer, understanding their needs, and resolving issues efficiently
• Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless customer service
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
• Working a set schedule and structured day, with opportunities for advancement across the entire arenaflex network

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting rate: $15.00 per hour

• Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
• Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

System Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, our Work-at-Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

• A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
• A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
• A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
• A Mac or Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.

Remote Work Policy
