Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Chat Agent, your primary goal will be to provide professional and personalized support to our clients through live chat and messaging channels. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:
- Log in to the live chat portal: Each morning, you'll log in to our live chat portal to answer customer questions and provide support.
- Utilize chat software features: You'll use the chat software's features to address commonly asked questions efficiently and effectively.
- Access support from a chat supervisor: For more complex inquiries, you'll have access to a chat supervisor who can provide guidance and support.
- Complete a brief training program: Before starting work, you'll complete a brief 1-2 hour training program to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role.
- Work independently: As a Customer Service Chat Agent, you'll be expected to work independently and follow provided instructions to ensure seamless customer support.
- Meet availability requirements: You'll need to be available for at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
