Job Description

Experian North America is scaling AI-driven Operational Excellence to transform how we work and serve customers. We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader who's fluent in GenAI/agentic systems and legacy automation (RPA/low-code) — someone who can lead by doing, inspire by example and promote the vision. You will lead our award-winning Smart Automation & Delivery organization to the next level, promoting next-gen AI transformation while ensuring responsible evolution from traditional RPA toward agentic automation. You will be central to how we reshape operations with AI, from legacy to intelligent automation, from ideas to measurable outcomes. You will report to the VP Head of Productivity and Transformation. Main Responsibilities

  • Create and Promote the Roadmap: Promote, educate, identify, prioritize and deliver high-impact automations across teams with clear value and fast time-to-benefit.
  • Build and Scale AI-Powered Automations: Architect and evolve a scalable agentic automation platform (multi-agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation/guardrails) and deliver use cases from idea to production.
  • Promote Engineering Excellence: Champion modern SDLC practices - CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, observability, SRE/on-call, and reliability-by-design practices for AI and automation solutions.
  • Govern with Speed and Safety: Partner with Global CoEs, Legal, Compliance, and Security to move quickly and safely while managing risks.
  • Measure Outcomes: Track Return on investment, capacity creation, and adoption.
  • Lead and Grow Talent: Coach a versatile global team (Business Analysts, Engineering, Support). Foster a learning culture, mentor new leaders, and up-skill the team in GenAI/agentic and automation disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Education: Computer Science, Engineering or related bachelor's degree.
  • Engineering and leadership experience: 10+ years in software/automation engineering, including 5+ years leading delivery teams.
  • Technology expertise: Experience and proficiency with GenAI/agentic systems (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, CrewAI, LangGraph, tool calling, RAG) and enterprise automation (RPA/low-code).
  • Modern SDLC Know-How: Cloud-native (Azure/AWS), containerized development, APIs, CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, observability, and production support (SRE/SLA).
  • Track record: Shipping production solutions with measurable growth.
  • Experience in executive engagement and influence, with the ability to translate technical work into growth.
  • Collaborative mindset: Eagerness to contribute to a mission-driven team. Enthusiasm for innovation and using technology to solve our challenges will help you succeed in this role.
  • Experience in executive engagement and cross-functional influence, with the ability to translate technical work into revenue.

Bonus:

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black), Agile/Scrum/SAFe.
  • Cloud (AWS/Azure) and RPA certifications (i.e. Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Platform).
  • Experience rolling out enterprise copilots/assistants and change management for tooling adoption.
  • Experience leading shared services/CoE models globally.

Additional Information

  • Benefits/Perks:

Our benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.
