Key Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional - Small Business Sales, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll engage with small business owners and decision-makers, learning about their needs and recommending the right arenaflex products to meet their needs.
• Delivering High Levels of Product and Service Knowledge: You'll provide clear and concise information about arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and other key elements.
• Improving Key Selling Skills: You'll continuously improve your skills in building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Providing Extraordinary Customer Care: You'll respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.
• Documenting Account Information: You'll accurately document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• Customer Service Experience: At least two years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven Success in Customer Service and Sales: You'll have a proven track record of success in a customer service and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment.
• Ability to Work in a Hybrid Model: You'll be able to work in a hybrid model, with a combination of in-office and virtual days, depending on role and business needs.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: You'll have a high school diploma or equivalent, with education benefits available.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience owning or working in a small business is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
