Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Advising and assisting customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues, such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries, and post-order issues.
  • Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities.
  • Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision, with an attention to detail.
  • Learning the roles and parts of all our different departments at arenaflex, and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers.

What We're Looking For

* Minimum of one year experience working in an e-commerce or customer service environment (if you feel you have the skills necessary, but have yet to begin your professional career, go ahead and submit your application!).

  • Bilingualism: English & French with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency.
  • Solid computer skills/experience. Excellent at online research.
  • No Powersports knowledge is required – we'll provide the foundation of your moto-fu that you'll continue to build and share!
  • Strong drive for progression: We want you to succeed. We'll provide you with access to online learning modules, both for arenaflex systems and others, that'll allow you to grow professionally.
  • Must be locally based in Montreal, QC, and able to commute to our offices when required.

* Starting salary: $18/hour, increasing to $20.75/hour once training has been successfully completed.
