What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes
• Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates that apply to them
• Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

• Proactivity and the ability to work in a team
• Paying close attention to detail in daily tasks
• At least one year of previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level
