As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, growth, and retention for our enterprise customers.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and work with our enterprise customers to drive long-term partnerships and growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts, onboarding new customers, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success. You'll work closely with internal teams to provide best-in-class support and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships and drive growth
  • Onboarding new enterprise customers to ensure they're set up for success and have a positive experience with our platform
  • Acting as the main point of contact for any customer escalations and providing timely, proactive resolutions
  • Delivering Quarterly Business Reviews to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Becoming the customer advocate and helping implement cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, and Support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide best-in-class support and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our platform to existing customers
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and growth

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager who is passionate about driving customer success and growth. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers
  • Strong communication, listening, writing, and time management skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to work independently with little direction when necessary
  • Genuine excitement about scaling a growing platform and driving customer growth
  • An ownership mentality and a willingness to take ownership of customer success and growth
  • Experience working in the email/newsletter space is a huge plus
