Job Summary
As an experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our product testing and development work. You'll be responsible for accurately documenting In-Home Usage Tests, taking care of products being tested, and following specific instructions provided by our market research partners. If you're detail-oriented, curious, and enjoy working independently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
- Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
- Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use arenaflex's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion® insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
- Participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss products being tested
Requirements
* Ability to follow specific instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Honesty and reliability are essential
- Good communication skills are an asset
- 18 years or older
