Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring that their needs are met. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Answer customer questions and provide information about arenaflex services and products
  • Process customer transactions, including orders, cancellations, and changes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications:

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Schedule:

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

Work Environment:

This is a work-from-home position, and you'll be required to work from your primary residence located in an arenaflex service area.
