What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Whether it's answering incoming communications, conducting research to provide answers, or finding resolutions to customer issues, you'll be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You'll

* Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries

  • Conduct research to provide answers and solutions to customer issues, using your product knowledge and expertise to resolve problems efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Utilize arenaflex's cutting-edge technology and tools to provide exceptional customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee, with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • Product knowledge and expertise, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain arenaflex's products and services
  • Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • High-speed internet connection (> 40mbps) for seamless communication and collaboration
