We are currently searching for a Senior Tableau Developer:

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau reports and dashboards to support business analytics needs.
  • Create complex Excel-based reports using advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from our client to gather requirements and deliver timely reporting solutions.
  • Support report development and maintenance on internal reporting applications as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization.
  • Document reporting processes, data sources, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Continuously improve reporting solutions by applying best practices and new Tableau and Excel features.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders regarding status, risks, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in reporting and analytics roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard and report development.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros/VBA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired

  • Experience in US Healthcare and Insurance domains.
  • Knowledge or exposure to WebFOCUS.
  • Ability to quickly learn new or internal reporting tools.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
