Key Responsibilities

As a Telemarketing and Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Effectively explaining the benefits and importance of our products and services to potential customers
• Actively engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce and sell our products and services
• Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings
• Delivering exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive sales experience
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers
• Assisting customers in setting up their accounts
• Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up with leads
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
• Collaborating with the team to refine strategies and improve outreach techniques

Essential Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
