Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a night shift schedule. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in placing online orders and providing support through phone calls
  • Processing payments securely and proactively supporting customers to maintain brand reputation
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues, collaborating with the team to improve customer support
  • Maintaining and improving service quality, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective customer support strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support to customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach and active listening abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a night shift schedule or flexible work arrangement
  • Familiarity with food ordering apps or related industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate priority issues

Technical Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following technical skills:

  • Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
