Job Summary

We're seeking experienced live chat assistants to join our team and provide top-notch customer support to our clients on the OnlyFans platform. As an OnlyFans Chatter, you'll be responsible for conducting live chats with existing and prospective clients, responding to customer inquiries, and providing sales links and discounts. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct live chats with existing and prospective clients on the OnlyFans platform

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide sales links, and offer discounts
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Work independently to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Utilize social media and website chat functions to engage with clients
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall support experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week (flexible scheduling available)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or live chat roles

  • Familiarity with the OnlyFans platform and its features
  • Strong typing skills and ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
