What the job looks like: You'll be responsible for advocating for users every step of the way using human-centered design principles while leading research efforts to test if we're solving the right problem, building the right thing, and meeting real needs.

• Conduct user research, gather insights, and create design solutions that are user-centered and aligned with business goals
• UX Researcher/Designers bridge the gap between user needs and product functionality, ensuring that digital products are intuitive, engaging, and efficient for the target audience.

• 5 years of experience User Research experience including qualitative and quantitative research, creation of user personas and journey mapping;
• 3 years of experience Creating low-fidelity (wireframes) and high-fidelity prototypes using at least one of the following tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq;
• 3 years of Design validation experience in a combination of at least two of the following areas: conducting A/B testing, usability tests, and collecting user feedback;
• 3 years of experience with responsive Design: Creating designs that work across multiple devices;
• 3 years of experience using at least one of the following prototyping and diagramming tools such as Adobe suite, Figma, Mural or LucidCharts;
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a computer related field;
• Ability to work remotely anywhere in the U.S;
• Pre-employment drug screening required.

The salary range for this role is $50 to $70 per hour and there are multiple openings.
