Job Description

As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our online chat platform, engaging with customers, answering their questions, and encouraging them to place orders. You'll have the autonomy to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system. Each lead you add to your account will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software

  • Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and trust to encourage orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Collaborate with mentors and join a Q&A group to ensure your success

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or online environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong computer skills, with experience using software applications and online platforms
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable phone or laptop
