Role Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor.

Expected Hours and Work Schedule

The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote part-time temporary employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Being empathetic to customers' needs but understanding of the business' bottom line
  • Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success Supervisor to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with Nuuly's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Role Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • A passion for and understanding of the Nuuly brand, customers, and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
