Responsibilities

As an Email and Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Comfortable using chat platforms and email communication tools: Familiarity with chat platforms and email communication tools is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience in customer support: Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
