Job Summary:

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll be responsible for resolving discrepancies, correcting records, and collaborating with various internal and external teams to resolve issues. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication, while working in a dynamic and supportive remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Resolve discrepancies and errors in eligibility records, working closely with internal and external teams
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
• Monitor and track records, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's systems, policies, and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Healthcare industry experience, with knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations

• Experience working in a remote environment, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, such as Excel and Access
