Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to promptly address questions, concerns, and issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Resolving customer inquiries by providing accurate information about products, services, or account details, and escalating more complex concerns as needed.

  • Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and patience during all customer interactions, and staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and system changes to provide accurate support.
