Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline industry setting

  • Knowledge of Sabre or other travel industry software
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
