Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our informatics department, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to gather requirements, develop complex queries, and present findings to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
• Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
• Designing and developing packages for internal clients
• Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
• Translating data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
• Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reviews to internal clients and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2-4+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
• Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
• Development programming languages, including ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
• Development database languages, including Transact SQL
• Database knowledge, including MS SQL Server

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Database knowledge, including Hadoop, Oracle
• Development database languages, including Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience

Required Education

To be considered for this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
