Join us in the Southwest Business Department, where you'll coach and help professionally develop Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coach and professionally develop Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management to increase sales, establish formal partnerships, and broaden awareness of arenaflex corporate travel programs and services to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.

  • Identify, hire, onboard, and train a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry.
  • Collaborate with fellow Leaders to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance arenaflex's presence in the SLED market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Field Government Account Managers, portfolio management, and SLED customers.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a managed travel or business-to-business environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SLED market, including State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products, services, and culture.
  • Certification in sales, account management, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective strategies.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and other business tools.
