The Role
As an Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Your primary objective will be to sell coaching programs to businesses, working closely with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Close sales and meet performance targets (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and updates (30 minutes/day)
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Desire for a stable income in $USD
- Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Location: Latin America or Brazil
Preferred Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for learning and growth
- Willingness to take calculated risks and adapt to new situations

Compensation and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Training Stage: The training period is NOT paid for (training time averages 2-4 weeks)
- After completing training, your earnings will depend on Hourly + Commissions + Bonuses as follows:
+ Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
